BEST CUT by NERO Amusement is a skill-based arcade machine focused on precision and correct timing. A large plush toy is suspended from a cord inside the transparent cabinet. The player uses a control button to start and stop the scissors, aiming to cut the cord accurately.

Once the cord is successfully cut, the machine doors open automatically and the player can collect the plush toy. The straightforward control system is easy to understand, while the cutting mechanism creates tension until the final moment.
